Anyway, all you have to do to execute an HTML file is make sure that the filename extension is correct. After that, just double-click the file or open it directly from the browser, and you can view your document. There, you’ll find a file called index.txt. Rename that file to either index.html or index.htm by right-clicking on it, selecting Rename, and changing the .txt to .html or .htm. Alternatively, you can just highlight the file and press F2. This leads us to our third maxim. This maxim, or KISS for short, means that the more complex a page is, the less useable it is. How are you supposed to navigate through the Web site? How do you go from one page to another? Can you figure it out? The secret is the terribly designed navigation scheme at the bottom of the page.
